Rules for the Article:

1. Research Standards may be followed i.e. the article should comprise an abstract, main article with a preface and conclusion, footnotes and references.
2. The article should be typed on one side of A-4 paper.
3. The article should be typed in windows XP, word program2003, Lotus font size 12.
4. The selected articles will only be published or allowed to be presented in the conference.
5. Previously published articles will not be accepted.
6. The conference secretariat is free to select and edit the articles.
7. The received articles will not be returned.
8. Authors of the selected articles will be invited. The organizers will arrange for the return air fare, lodging and boarding.
