The International Conference on Communications Engineering aims to bring together academic scientists, leading engineers, industry researchers and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Communication Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full papers (.doc, .pdf) should be submitted electronically via (website ).
All submitted papers will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability. The submitted papers will be accepted based on the technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. The accepted papers will be published in the refereed conference proceedings.
WORKSHOPS
Researchers are cordially invited to submit a proposal to organize a workshop and actively participate in the conference. Workshop proposals affiliated with the conference scope and topics are invited. The conference workshops provide a challenging forum and vibrant opportunity for researchers and industry practitioners to share their original research results and experiences on the new challenges and emerging issues. The workshop topics should be chosen so that the participants can benefit from interaction with each other and the cohesiveness of the topics.
